Being able to influence your own prospective customers is pointless if you cannot convert your leads into Sales.
This is why CONVERT is a vital sector in scaling your business from ‘survival’ into ‘prosperity’ .
The CONVERT sector of 6 SIGMA is to a) develop your sales pitch and pricing strategy for core business and add-on business sales and b) to maximize the value of the customers’ order. Finally, getting referral customers from existing customers, as well as attracting neighboring customers.

DELIVER
Having secured a Customer, you need to be able to service them in the most efficient way possible. Route Management and CRM are covered in the ‘CONTROL’ sector, so this sector is only focused on ‘TIME ON SITE’ . What can you do, how can you do it, and what tools and techniques do you use to DELIVER the Customer requested services in the shortest time possible. TIME IS MONEY.

SCALE is a process of changing from INDIVIDUAL to GROUP. While Systems and Processes are covered in CONTROL, the art of Recruiting, Inspiring, Holding and Leading other people to see and achieve your goals is what determines whether it WORKS or you do not scale.

Once we have experienced great success in our businesses, it is our turn to pass forward, as others have demonstrated to you. These are the principles of being an upstanding member of your local community and a supporting member of the Exterior Cleaning Industry.
The targets for support we see in our industry are those that have ACCIDENTS, those that have MISFORTUNE (e.g. gear stolen), and those that are nascent - teenagers starting out in the cleaning business. Whether we support individually, as a group, there is an opportunity to ‘give back’ or ‘pass forward’ whichever fits best.
